| Abajo Mountains Fall 2000 |

| In the fall of 2000 I was working at Natural Bridges National Monument in Southeast Utah. My friend Andrew came out to visit me for a few days and on one of the days we drove north into the Manti la Sal National Forest to the north of the monument. The aspen up there were beautiful as well as the rusty gambel oaks and the occasional red maple tree. This is a very remote and very remarkable area. I want to go back someday and explore the canyons! |
