Bishop, California

I grew up in Bishop, California, a small town in the Sierra Nevada Mountains in eastern California.  Bishop is located in what some consider to be the deepest valley in North America, the Owens Valley.   Bishop sits at an elevation of approximately 4,000 feet and has 14,000 ft peaks on either side.
