| The Sheep Mountain Wilderness East Fork San Gabriel River is down that canyon Todd and I took my parents out to breakfast in Wrightwood to celebrate their 42nd wedding anniversary. Then afterwards we drove out the Blue Ridge Road. This is a gorgeous area along the boundary of the San Bernardino and Angeles National Forests. Spectacular views of all the highest peaks in So Cal and the valley and desert areas below. We parked near Wright Mountain and Todd, Abbey, and I hiked a short portion of the PCT then I took off cross-country to bag this peak which the highest along the ridge. We all had a good time :) |
