I feel very blessed to have been able to afford such a nice new home! We got an awesome deal on the price and interest rate, and with the federal and state tax credits sweetening it further, I think we made a very wise decision to buy... Not to mention our total payment is $150 less than what we were paying in rent! It's a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home, a little over 1,800 square feet, and has a 3-car garage. We have a nice-sized yard so we have room to romp and to grow. It's in a nice neighborhood in the high desert that's not far from some wide open undeveloped land with views of the San Gabriel and San Bernardino Mountains. Sunsets are always beautiful up here :) So come inside, take a look around, and enjoy yourself!
