Went out to car camp for a night in Joshua Tree NP with friends from BP.com - wycanislatrans, his wife, and their two cute two doggies. We hiked the Barker Dam, Cholla Garden, and Cap Rock Trails, visited Keys View twice, and camped at Hidden Valley Campground with all the rock climbers. Thursday was a nice day and warm, but the night turned chilly and we got a little bit of snow. Friday was downright cold so besides a visit to Key's View we decided to not stay long. We had a good time, though, as we had the park mostly to ourselves :) I really enjoyed meeting wycanislatrans - as he's worked for NP's and SP's in a similar field as mine. We had a lot of good discussions on managing visitors and tourons! Anyway, hope you enjoy the photos...
