Las Vegas, NV
			In Vegas we visited Hoover Dam and stayed at Caesar's Palace, in stark contrast to the hotel we chose just days before.  We had buffet dinner at the Bellagio, the largest and most expensive hotel ever built. We wandered around, overwhelmed by the glitzyness and outrageousness of it all. "We're in Las Vegas, just stayed the night in Caesar's Palace.  We're so out of place, we trotted in wearing fleece and we were so dusty from Death Valley, we looked like Pig Pen from the Peanuts cartoon as we were waiting for our rooms in the glitzy casino lobby."
