First Wildflowers of Spring
March 4, 2006
I took a drive up the Tule Canyon on Saturday and was it ever a beautiful day to explore!  The snow from the previous day frosted the foothills from about 3,000' and up but it was melting rapidly and the river and all the side streams were flowing fast!  The oak and buckeye are leafing out and the wildflowers were just drinking up all the water :)
